If you want to start your day with a bang and to have incredible energy all day long, then you should start with an alkaline breakfast food.

A healthy breakfast is a really important start to your day because we need the energy to stay positive and be productive. On top of this, an alkaline start provides health long term.

When you consume a lot of acid-forming foods, your environment in your body becomes toxic. Now a bad environment in your body will lead to mutated cells. Mutated cells are how cancer is created. This is being proven by studies done in Yale and Harvard since the 1980s.

Having a high GI breakfast can impact the functioning of your brain, loss of energy, depression, a weak immune system, lack of enthusiasm, and negative thinking. As a result, this makes it hard to get through the first half of your day, and even through simple tasks.

These healthy, alkaline breakfast ideas will leave you feeling energized, focused, and with mental clarity which will prepare you to conquer any task you have that day.
