Healthy snacking is really important for achieving a healthy weight and living a vibrant life. We get caught up in societies processed goodies that we forget how good it feels to consume healthy vegetables when we’re feeling a little peckish.

I have been a culprit of consuming protein shakes, protein bars, and eating bags of nuts and seeds in the past. But since making the shift to eating vegetables during my snack time I haven’t felt better.
