- ½ large avocado
- 1 heaped tbsp. cacao powder
- 1 heaped tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 heaped tsp. Maca powder
- 1 heaped tsp. Super greens powder
- 1 heaped tsp. L carnitine
- 2 heaped tsp. Slippery Elm Bark Powder
- ½ continental cucumber, peeled
- Large handful of spinach
- Large handful of Kale
- 1 Cup Frozen Broccoli
- ½ Fresh Lime
- 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- Stevia (to taste)
- 1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
