To maintain a healthy body figure I highly suggest eating 3 full meals and stick to just 2 snacks per day. From my personal experience, when you snack too much you tend to eat more food and thus more calories.
Even though you don’t need to count calories you should however ensure you eat only when you’re hungry and stop when you’re full. And when you snack it makes it harder to register these signals.
