That’s why we’ve created this 5-minute fat burning workout routine. Its perfect to do first thing in the morning after you jump out of bed. And it will get the oxygen flowing and your blood pumping, so you’ll wake up quicker than a double espresso.

Workout Schedule:

15 X Side Lateral Raises

15 X V-Raises

15 X Push Ups

15 X Squat Press (Arnold Press)

15 X Bicep Curl

15 X Tricep Dips

Repeat for three times!
